Technically this is week 6 but I skipped weigh-in last week. I am keeping the tally based on my weigh-ins and not the actual weeks.
I lost 3.0 pounds this week. My total loss is 14.4 pounds. I am at 27% of my 53 pound goal!
Things that went well: I find I am not hungry. 100 calorie packs and almonds keep me going between meals without adding a ton of points. I found a great local produce stand that has great fruits and veggies, I actually look forward to eating them!
Things I can do better next time: I skipped last weeks weigh-in because I got too busy and didn’t take the time. I have found that I need to make the time since WW is a lifestyle change. My actions need to match my mental desire to do this!

I lost 1.8 pounds this week. My total loss is 11.4 pounds. I am at 22% of my 53 pound goal!
Things that went well: I think I have a habit now! During the week, I keep exactly on my points without ever dipping into my 35 flex points. I knew I was going to have a low point dinner this week so I was able to eat a donut at a meeting! Yumm! 🙂
Things I can do better next time: OK, I didn’t need the donut. At least I didn’t go over my points for the day. I am slacking on the 5 fruits and veggies and will get back on that. Weekends are still an issue for me since I never keep my eating plans (at least I am making them). I get too relaxed on weekends and then always dip into my 35 flex points. Yeah they are there to be used BUT I would prefer not too.
I lost 2.4 pounds this week. My total loss is 9.6 pounds.Things that went well
: I focused on eating 5 fruits and/or vegetables every day. I didn’t get it done every day but I definitely increased my fruit and vegetable intake!
Things I can do better next time: I made a plan for the weekend, but I got caught up in the moment and went out to eat anyways. I am thinking I shouldn’t plan on using my 35 flex points all in one day! I also have a cold so I didn’t exercise as much as I wanted to.

Things that went well: Entering my food into the e-tools really helped me be conscious of what I was eating. There were times I would have absent-mindedly grabbed something to eat. This awareness helped me determine if I really was hungry or not.
Things I can do better next time: I travel around locations often and did not pack my bag with a good lunch. I veered from my plan that day because I wasn’t prepared. I now carry a bag of instant oatmeal in my bag for just such an emergency!
I joined Weight Watchers Monday night and need to lose 53 pounds. I was successful at WW before and reached lifetime when I hit my goal 5 years ago. I gained it all back since I quit monitoring my food and thought I could do it all “in my head”. I am going to do it right this time and keep it off!
I hope this inspires anybody like me that made it a new years goal but haven’t started yet. New Years resolutions can still start near March!
I am sure this is not a new idea, but I think it will work very well! I have been reading a lot about outsourcing my life and found a neat way to save time and lose weight! I am going to have groceries delivered to my house.
My 2008 goals include following Weight Watchers, seeking healthier options, and increasing discernment in spending. I feel delivered groceries will meet this criteria.
Proactively selecting my choices and menus will make WW easier to follow
Knowing my house has food will help me choose healthier instead of hitting a drive-through or eating whatever is left in the house
My spending will be wiser because I will only select what I need and not be tempted by impulse urges that present itself at the store
My time is important and so is yours. The most time you spend is in the initial set-up but most major grocery chains keep a running shopping list so making minor changes will be quick week-to-week.
This outsourcing saves you shopping time which can be used for exercise, reading, or anything else you want to do!
