Hello, my name is Brian Buck and I live in Tacoma, Washington and work in Seattle.
I have created this blog to share my professional experience as well as pointing out other interesting things I find across the web, which I hope you find enjoyable and informative. I am new into the world of project management and lean so I will share some of my successes and learning opportunities. I chose the name IMPROVE WITH ME because I coach organizational teams to remove waste and I also want to share (and hear your personal stories if you find this site encouraging) as I try to improve myself everyday.
I am happily married to a wonderful woman named Shelley and we are blessed to live near family. I am a man of faith and believe God has a plan and purpose for all of us.
